The tenant is responsible for tidying up and leaving the room swept clean.
The room must be left in the same condition as it was found.
Damage to the interior must be reported immediately to the rental company by email (info@delferro.nl). Repair costs will be charged for damage to the space (such as the floor, walls or materials used).
The lessor is not responsible for loss of or damage to property during use of the space.
The lessor is not liable for injury or accidents arising from the use of its materials or premises.
The reservation can be changed/cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.
In the event of loss of the key, a compensation fee of €200 will be charged for the replacement of locks and keys.
Afterwards, the heating, air conditioning and lighting must be switched off and the windows closed.
